How to Get Support PIN/Phone in GSuite

Here are the instructions for getting a support phone number and PIN to call in for technical support for your GSuite account:

1) Go to: gsuite.google.com
2) Click on 'Sign in' in the upper right
3) In the 'Sign in' window, add the domain name under 'Domain' and click GO.
4) Sign in using admin's email address, and click 'Next'.
5) If there are more than one accounts listed, click on the correct one.
6) Enter the password
7) Click on the 'Support' icon
8) In the pop-up support window, click on 'Contact support' at the bottom.
9) Click on Phone, enter anything into the 'How can we help you field', then click on 'CONTINUE TO PHONE' twice.
10) Click on the blue 'GET PIN' button and use the toll-free number to call in.  You will be asked for the PIN when you call.
